1 Year Limited Warranty Coverage
We at Decartive strongly believe in the high quality materials and workmanship that goes into making all of our products. This is why we offer a 1 year guarantee on all of our products.
This 1 year limited warranty only applies to physical goods purchased from Decartive. The 1 year warranty period is 365 days from the date the items are delivered to you.
This limited warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal residential use and maintenance during the warranty period.
During the warranty period, Decartive will at no cost, for one time only, either repair or replace products, or parts of a product that prove to be defective due to improper workmanship or material.
Items that arrive visibly damaged or defective, must be reported prior to use and/or assembly within 3 days of receiving the items.
What is not covered by the warranty?
The limited warranty does not cover any malfunctions, conditions or damage caused by irregular use, or accidental damage.
The limited warranty does not cover any issue that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage, not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
